available to a candidate who has obtained ... exempted
from the requirement of the minimum eligibility
condition of NET/SLET/SET.
5. In pursuance of such statutory Rule, an
advertisement was published

treated at par with NET/SLET which is an equivalent test
conducted by UGC.
