(1) Baba Gurbachan Singh, head of Nirankari Mission and esteemed as Guru of Nirankaris and his bodyguard Pratap Singh ... were shut dead on 24th April 1980 in the Nirankari Bhawan Complex. The appellant was arrested on 23rd November 1983 and is in custody
about 8.00 P.M.
on 6.9.1996. When they reached near Sant Nirankari Chowk, they saw a
scooter and a motorcycle parked at the side ... examined only to prove that there was no light in
Sant Nirankari Bhawan at the relevant point of time, and further to
show that Nirankari
accused- Sheetal viz. Harender Singh- PW8
had gone to Nirankari Park and had planned the murder of the
deceased. Sections 120B ... that on 27.02.2014, she alongwith Harinder-PW8 had
gone to the Nirankari Park on a motorcycle and met the accused

other members of the Akhara were constantly indulging in
anti-Nirankari activities. Soon after acquittal of Nirankari

working on the plan to kill the Nirankari Baba
about 8 p.m. when

vapor light affixed on the Nirankari Bhawan. The informant then
inquired the reason for their stay
