respondent herein for cancellation of hypothecation endorsement and also
cancellation endorsement of hypothecation from 05.08.2016 by the concerned
registering authority are filed and perused

and by producing the forged documents before the RTO the
hypothecation endorsement in the Registration Certificate
appears to have been got cancelled. On coming ... documents appears
to have been produced before the RTO for getting
hypothecation endorsement cancelled, though the entire
loan amount had not been discharged.

Limited. Since it
was purchased with financial assistance there was a
hypothecation endorsement in the insurance policy of the said

viz., IDFC First Bank Limited and there is a hypothecation endorsement in the
