statement. From the police station, prosecutrix was taken to RTRM
Hospital for medical
record i.e., statement of prosecutrix recorded under Section
161 of Cr.P.C.
Whether the prosecutrix had any injury on her body ... time of examination of the prosecutrix
by the Doctor Reena Saxena, the prosecutrix did not have any injury
on her body.
47. Further, the statement
