prosecutrix was in blood stained clothes and had
received serious injuries on the right side ... history was given by the prosecutrix and her mother
Dayaben and no history was given by the prosecutrix

asked the prosecutrix what the matter was
but the prosecutrix did not tell her anything. The clothes of the
prosecutrix had been torn ... Thereafter they took
the prosecutrix to police station where prosecutrix gave her
statement. From the police station, prosecutrix was taken to RTRM
Hospital for medical
record i.e., statement of prosecutrix recorded under Section
161 of Cr.P.C.
Whether the prosecutrix had any injury on her body ... time of examination of the prosecutrix
by the Doctor Reena Saxena, the prosecutrix did not have any injury
on her body.
47. Further, the statement
