Judge of
this Court reads thus:-

defendants, restraining the defendants from using the tagline
"STIMULATES MIND. ENERGIZES BODY ... passing an interlocutory
order including of grant or refusal of an interim injunction--
once the objection as to invalidity of registration is taken
plaintiff to an injunction and, at
least, to an ad interim injunction;
IV. The principles of grant of an interim injunction had not been

vide the impugned order confirmed the interim injunction in favour
patented technology."
14. The said interim order in Sterlite Technologies Ltd. granting ad interim
injunction was passed ex-parte. Interestingly in para ... Bayer
Healthcare LLC ) set aside the said interim order and remanded the
application for interim injunction to the learned Single Judge for a fresh
decision
interim ex parte orders in the second /third week of December 2011 and this Court granted a limited interim order of injunction only in respect ... copies of the interim orders so passed, the respondent came up with applications seeking interim suspension of the order of injunction. But, those applications were
injunction.
4. An ad interim injunction was obtained by plaintiff, which reads thus:
