Cheque Truncation System Cheque (for short hereinafter
referred to as 'non-CTS ... Learned counsel for the petitioner addresses a
solitary submission that a non-CTS cheque not allowed,

3. The contention of the learned counsel for the
petitioner is that when the cheque ... cheque in favour
of the respondent would not arise. The further
submission made is that the cheque in question is a
Non-CTS cheque which
petitioner submits
that the cheque issued by the accused is Non-CTS
cheque and therefore the entire proceedings are bad
in law.
