I have seen the order dated 11.01.2012 and found that the
above mentioned objection of the respondent has been duly considered ... available in the property in question have been duly
discussed and none found suitable or available to the petitioner.
8. It is also
been appended just below the 8 selected candidate saying that none was found suitable for one unreserved post. That makes the entire thing crystal clear
case of respondent No. 5 along with that of the
petitioner and found him ineligible and not fit for promotion as he did
not fulfil ... right for consideration to the post for promotion. If
none is found to be suitable or fit for promotion despite they being
eligible, the competent
reserved for this class
were advertised repeatedly but on none having been found eligible, suitable
or available, the post was de-reserved. Secondly, the impugned
from the panel recommended by
the Selection Committee. If none among the panel is
found suitable, the reasons thereof shall be recorded
and the Committee
summons had been issued to him. The
Commissioner found that none of the candidates were suitable and
therefore gave the direction for a fresh selection
seat, to the Medical Board. In case none of the three

candidates could

petition afresh, in view of the
evidence available, on record, and found that the
claim for eviction is not hit by the first proviso ... room pointed out by
the tenants and found that none of those shop rooms
are vacant and suitable for the requirement of the
landlords
applicant and after completing formalities Shri Vishwa Nath Prasad, who was found most suitable and meritorious, had been appointed on the post vide order dated ... name of five candidates including the applicant but none of the candidates were found suitable for appointment on the post. It is also submitted that
