4. The learned Counsel
categories and categorically
mentioned that none found suitable in B.C-B and B.C-E
categories in their recommendations of the selected candidates ... further the Selection
Committee also mentioned specifically in their recommendations
that none found suitable in B.C-B category, i.e., 1st petitioner
list which stated that under Scheduled Tribe
category, no candidate was found suitable, and accordingly, the
post was directed to be re-notified. Being aggrieved ... Registrar under Scheduled Tribe category,
wherein it was stated that "none found suitable and to be re-
notified", and also prayed for issuance
none among them are
suitable or eligible, only then, the applicants of Group-2 would be

appointment. The main contention of the Petitioner is that since
Professor in Law, wherein the petitioner was an
applicant, and none was found suitable by the selection committee.
2. It is contended by learned counsel ... been duly considered by the selection committee,
which found none of the candidates, including him, suitable for appointment.
Once the academic experts have considered
candidates in selection to Post Code No. 201, as none was found
suitable. He approached the Rashtriya OBC Mukti Morcha and also
participated
from the panel recommended by the
Selection Committee. If none among the
panel is found suitable, the reasons thereof
shall be recorded and the Committee
absorption process, it revealed that,
though none of the Dy.SP candidates were found suitable for
