5. Therefore, once any of the Board recognised by the State Government,
normalisation of marks is a norm
application dated 15.9.2020 seeking the following
information:-

107. Normalisation of marks, therefore, means increasing and/or
decreasing the marks obtained by students
Appellant remained absent during the hearing.
The respondent submitted that the marks before normalisation are not disclosed to the candidates
as per the policy ... DSSSB. Further on point no 2 the marks after the normalisation are the same
as the result of the candidate which was already informed
this question, out of
2,87,465 candidates, 55,770candidates have
marked this question correctly.
I further submit that 3 similar
representations were received ... since 2
questions were cancelled and the total marks got
reduced to 98,in order to normalise the new
question paper of 98 questions proportionate
Professor as illegal and to award marks to the writ petitioner by adopting
pro rata marks system and normalisation method.
