35A. None of the Above (NOTA) option on Ballot Papers.
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules ... stations with Ballot Boxes or Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), provision shall be made for ,None of the Above, (NOTA) option for the benefit of those
