5. Aggrieved by the Impugned Order dated 22.12.2014 passed by the
State Commission, the Appellant has preferred the present appeal
on following
Transport
Corporation pointed out that the Eye Fitness Certificate dated
22.12.2014 was obtained by the Writ Petitioner and not on a reference
from the Transport ... documents and oral submissions were
considered carefully. On perusal of the recruitment notification and the
Service Rules of the Transport Corporation, it is abundantly clear
counsel for the
petitioner has not challenged the validity of the notification dated 26.02.2015
issued by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms and hence ... petitoner. Moreover, the cut-off date for determination
of educational qualification etc. as per the advertisment was 22.12.2014 whereas,
the certificates issued by the Hindi
records of the 1st Respondent herein relating to the order dated 22.12.2014 in No.4677/Rev/B1/2007 and quash the same and consequently ... records of the 1st Respondent herein relating to the order dated 22.12.2014 in No.4677/Rev/B1/2007 and quash the same and consequently
deeds dated 22.09.1993 and 15.06.1995, on which she was carrying out
agricultural operations.
2.2. On 10.12.2014, the fourth respondent herein issued a
notification in Dhina ... same, the petitioner herein filed a letter
to the fourth respondent on 22.12.2014, showing her objection to the
aforesaid scheme, stating that the lands belonging
mandamus to quash the impugned notification of the fourth
respondent
herein in nfhg;g[ vz;.1602/2014 jpk2 dated 10.12.2014, in Dhina Malar
(Daily ... dated 03.07.1996, 21.06.1995, 15.09.1993 and
05.07.1995, on which he was carrying out agricultural operations.
2.2. On 10.12.2014, the fourth respondent herein issued a
notification
legality, validity and propriety
of certain findings of the Impugned Order dated 22.12.2014
("Impugned Order") passed by the Meghalaya State Electricity
Regulatory Commission ... other issues
concerning its Members.
6. Aggrieved by the Impugned Order dated 22.12.2014 passed by the
State Commission, the Appellant has preferred the present appeal
payment of one due installment as was payable on 22.12.2014 till the date of filing the written statement, despite granting numerous opportunities vide reminders ... notices (Annexures OP-7 to OP-9), as on date, an amount of Rs.2,20,077.74 is outstanding against the complainants towards delayed payment interest
