complainant reported the matter to the National Pharmaceutic
Pricing Authority (or NPPA) of Government of India and also sent notices
to the opposite parties ... overcharged for a medicine, whose price is fixed by the NPPA
at Rs. 2.16 per 10 tablets. Similarly, the facts of the case
