inasmuch as, it has not been held that there was any joint nucleus of the family which was sufficient enough to acquire the said properties ... whatsoever on record with regard to the existence of a joint family nucleus.
24, Mr. Laxmi Narayan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf
that the plaintiffs have not pleaded about the existence of joint family nucleus and as such the question of said properties having been acquired ... separate cultivation of the properties, the question of there being a
nucleus of a joint family would not arise.

districts on the ground of the unit being a nucleus plant, the State subsidy will be reduced to that extent.
