should be accompanied with the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR)
application form attached with it duly filled in according to the instructions ... will be rejected. It is contended
that the instructions for filing the OMR application form, provided that the
marks for institutional preference is meant only
Admission Form (in duplicate) in
his/her own handwriting and OMR Application Form as per
instructions attached with it mentioning the category and send ... admission form in duplicate (original & photocopy)
alongwith OMR application form duly complete in all respects
must be sent through Registered/Speed Post. The authorities
been
declared.
© The Haryana Public Service Commission will allow inspection/scrutiny
of OMR Sheets (answer sheet) or answer booklets to any candidate who
desires
above judgment.. The
candidates have attempted multiple choice answers in OMR (Optical Mark
Recognition) format. In a fiduciary relation one person, in a position ... relationship of trust and confidence. An
attempt by a candidate in such OMR sheets does not creates fiduciary
relationship.
For the reasons recorded above
