26. Now coming to the relief claimed qua providing one open
parking space other than the one already
valid and legal besides other allegations
qua maintenance charges, open space parking etc. As such, this is no
ground to say that the instant complaint ... Agreement that the opposite parties were to provide 1 (One) Open Car
Parking space in the complex for exclusive use for parking of the vehicle
left the vehicle
unattended outside the factory premises in an open space fully knowing
that one key of the vehicle has been lost. The respondent
First Floor which had travelled on the ground floor through open
spaces/toughened glass windows, which had resulted into damages to
assets/contents fixed/installed
Moreover, the Opposite Party also
illegally charged Rs. 75,000/- for Open Parking Space which was
supposed to be free. The Complainant also requested ... submitted that the Opposite Party

like club house, parks, fire fighting system, water harvesting, power backup, open green spaces, shopping complex, kids play zone, road, electricity, smart security system ... only non issuance of occupation certificate and non providing of one open parking space as committed vide clause 1.2(iv) and 1.9 of the agreement
Respondent purchased the said Flat No. 109 along
with one open parking space;
