2. The petitioner had purchased property admeasuring 1
ground
quash the same only to the extent that it marks an open space reservation
area, shown as park in the North Western side ... Petitioners and their men, carts,
vehicles and materials through the said open space reservation to an extent of
12 feet width so as to access
required the Petitioner to transfer
10% of the land towards open space reservation, which is challenged in this
Writ Petition.
