32. The Standing Committee of the Corporation resolved to permit any
building activity only if the owner transferred the open spaces for parks
that there is no provision in the MCD Act that the open space
left for school or park in a private colony can be used ... used as open park; and, vi) the
grievance of the developer / coloniser was with respect to the condition of
transfer of open spaces for parks
