learned counsel for the appellant further submits
that the Tata Sumo was overtaking two other vehicles and in the
process met with an accident with
violating the rule requiring driving within
the bus lane, violating restricting the overtaking, allowing
unauthorised person to drive;

high speed and without
caring from the opposite traffic attempted to
