Company in the year 2015 and the amount of policies have

PACL India Limited and the said company allured different persons for
depositing
against the present applicant is that during his
tenure as Director of PACL Company, he collected huge sum
of Rs.27,89,001/- from
that he deposited an amount of Rs.1,73,693/-
in the PACL India Ltd Company and with the efflux of time, the said
company
alleging that he deposited an amount of Rs.62,500/- in
the PACL India Ltd Company and with the efflux of time, the said
