that he took
the shop in 1993 on payment of pagri. She avers that the receipt does not
confer any ownership right and that ... half comes Rs. 5,000/, one shop
with single side whose PAGRI has been fixed at Rs. 1,30,000/

Kotwali regarding quarrel in building No. 2077, Gali Paranthe

6. The Trial Court
well known that
if a nominal rent is fixed a 'pagri'/premium is paid for creation of a tenancy
and which pagri amount ... then the deceased Asa Singh should have received lacs of rupees
towards pagri/premium and in which latter case of receiving of
pagri/premium then
concealed the fact that she has received Rs. 10 lacs as pagri amount
before letting out the tenanted premises to respondent and
because of this ... falsely alleging that she has
received Rs. 10,00,000/ as Pagri before letting out the suit
premises. No amount was taken by her from
time of taking present premises on rent, on account of
pagri with agreement that rent will not be increased in future ... affidavit.
6.4 It is also falsely alleged that respondent no.1 gave pagri of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs
in the year 1986 to Surat Singh
further argued that the respondent has paid a 'Pagri'
for a sum of Rs.30,000/ at one time and at that time ... other
half portion of the shop in question after paying another 'Pagri' of Rs.
1.05 lacs to the petitioner and a receipt
comes Rs.5,000/, one shop at side with two shutters,
whose PAGRI has been fixed at Rs.1,25,000/ and there is time ... that the respondent had been inducted into the shop on payment
of pagri amount and at monthly rent of Rs. 300/. The fact that
taken by the plaintiff/ her husband Sh. J.P.Agnihotri as
Pagri from the defendant. It is denied that the defendant is a chronic
