3. This being so, the respondent issued notice under
para 26B of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952
("EPF Scheme ... examine the employer
and employee relationship, an enquiry under para 26B of
the EPF Scheme, 1952 was initiated, and on enquiry, vide

Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, Regional
Office, Delhi (East), under para 26B of the Employees' Provident Fund
Scheme, 1952, directing the Petitioner Management
Rules, 2011 specially with respect to
Rule 26A and Rule 26B and in para 68 directed MPSC "...to do the needful

Section 38C of the Bombay
Act and Section 26B of the Kerala Act and similar other State
