provisions of Para 27AA of the said Scheme of 1952, the
respondents wrongfully and illegally held ... appropriate
government for the alleged irregularities of the provisions of

5. The Petitioner submits that being
Provisions Act read with Para 76D of the Employees
Provident Fund Scheme for violation of Appendix A below Para 27AA

Petitions. Aggrieved by the same, these appeals have been filed.
4. Para 27AA(17) of the Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952
