paras followed by "PRELIMINARY OBJECTIONS" running
into 7 Paras. It thereafter proceeded to make a para-wise
reply to the plaint ... contain sub-paras. All these run into 15 pages. It is
only thereafter that it proceeds to make a para-wise reply to
the plaint
bank account of the Petitioners is concerned,
in the para-wise reply, para 7 (C) and (D) states as under:
"C. The transactions from ... para-wise reply in para 7 (C) and (D). Significantly, in both the replies
in the para-wise replies it is stated in para
pendency of the writ petition, the respondents were
asked to file para-wise reply on 20.1.2017 and the University was directed
to issue Roll Numbers ... filed para-wise reply to the
writ petition and had filed only short reply without answering the averments
made in para 21 of the writ
respondents in the writ petition have not filed
any para-wise reply. They are directed to file counter affidavit
indicating para-wise reply of each ... paragraph-8 onwards.
Four weeks' time is granted to file para-wise reply
alongwith counter affidavit.

16. In para 9 of preliminary submissions, it has again been
submitted that here is possibility ... conspiracy behind the crime in this case. In para
12 of the para-wise reply, it has been stated that CBI has yet
to examine

reply, whereas certain legal issues, especially the plea of discrimination
while hearing this petition
on 29.8.2016 was of the view that para-wise reply ought to be filed
more particularly to the allegations that
