Soparkar also invited the attention of this Court to
the reply filed on behalf of the respondent No.2, duly affirmed
by the Asst. General ... placing on record the
stand of RBI. I am not filing para-wise reply to the entire
petition. However, my non dealing with the petition
dealing with the affidavit in reply parawise and reserve my
right to file further detailed parawise affidavit as and when
required ... dealing
with memo of this application, annexures in detail and parawise.
3. Unless specifically admitted, the stand taken by the accused
in the application
petition is premature. It is
further submitted that at this stage para wise reply is not
offered because certain facts/grounds would be disclosed
documents
presented with it and the reply / representation made
by the opponent, para wise remarks by the office of
District Registrar and records are taken
Patel has placed reliance on the affidavit-in-reply filed by
the respondent No.4. The reply reads as under;
