3. A recovery of 560 gms of smack and 1 kg paracetamol is alleged by the prosecution to have been recovered from the applicant ... report, the substance recovered has been found to be paracetamol. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no smack has been recovered. The applicant
having description of hydocodone bitartarate and
acetaminophen. It answered positive test for paracetamol
(acetaminophen). The reference standard of other ingredients
(hydocodone bitartarate) of this medicine ... Sample marked as

same, the
said sample contained only 6% of diacetylmorphine alongwith
paracetamol, caffine, acetylcodeine and monoacetylmorphine. The
huge discrepancy in the contents of the samples ... second sample contained only 6% of
diacetylmorphine, but, it also contained paracetamol, caffine,
acetylcodeine and monoacetylmorphine. It indicates that there is a
huge discrepancy
that
the said capsules i.e. Spasmoproxyvon contains "Dicyclomine 10 Mg +Paracetamol
325 Mg + Tramadol 50 Mg). The total weight of the capsules
analysis and as per the FSL report, it was a combination
of Paracetamol with cocaine. The percentage of the cocaine is not
ascertained. Accused
wherein, the following ingredients were detected in the parcels :-

positive containing the salt of Lorazepam, Alprazolam,
Tramadol, Tramadol and Paracetamol, Tramadol-Acetaminophene-
Dicylomine medicines.
A perusal of the case file reveals that the petitioner
average 48.60
mg/capsule in the capsules
contained in the parcel.
