NDPS Act 1985 being drug formulations. Further the
drugs paracetamol. Acetaminophen is an analgesic &
antipyretic drug whereas the drug Diclomine ... revealed that the drugs
recovered contain the salt of Dextropropoxyphene,
Diphenoxylate, paracetamol & Diclomine. The
opinion of the Drugs Inspector applies only if the
drugs

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged that
patient made complaint of pain, she gave tablet of paracetamol to
her and she was going to call Dr. Rekha Yadav, who was on duty
Nitrazepam;
(viii) Chlorpheniramine Hydrochloride; (ix) Maleate; (x)
Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride and; (xi) Paracetamol without a
valid licence.
3. Learned State counsel has submitted a report
under:
"Recovered drug contain the salts of
Dextropropoxyphene, Hydrochloride, Dicylomine,
Hydrochloride, Paracetamol, Diphenoxylate,
Hydrochloride, Atrophine Sulphate".
As per the said report, the technical ... contain salt of
dextroproproxyphence and Diphenoxylate not covered
under NDPS Act , whereas, Paracetamol is analgesic/
antipyretic and disyclomine is an antispasmodic drug
and both
