Destropropoxyphone Napsilate is reported to 104.06 mg/cap and
assay of paracetamol reported to be 377.78 mg/cap.
As per chemical examination report (Annexure ... Fill/cap and
assay of Paracetamol is reported to be 390 mg/ cap and assay of
dextropropoxyphene napsylate and dicyclomine HCL as
Dextropropoxyphene Napsylate
sent for chemical
analysis and it was found to have contained 64.67% Paracetamol-n and
3.945% Dextropropoxyphene-Hcl.

which the contents of the sample were found to be
"Paracetamol". Thereafter, the prosecution moved an application

5. The prosecution filed an application dated 11.01.2013 with a
prayer
more similar cases, in which the FIRs were
registered, salt Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) was found in the alleged
recoveries.

drugs paracetamol. Acetaminophen is an analgesic &
antipyretic drug whereas the drug Diclomine ... revealed that the drugs
recovered contain the salt of Dextropropoxyphene,
Diphenoxylate, paracetamol & Diclomine. The
opinion of the Drugs Inspector applies only if the
drugs
laws
of the deceased. As per the report of chemical
examiner, paracetamol was found positive in liver,
spleen, kidneys and blood and cause of death ... opined to be paracetamol poisoning which is
sufficient to cause death in the ordinary course
of nature. Furthermore, the statement of the
complainant recorded during

were recovered:-
