coloured stone of weight 9 kg., one katta containing 24 kg. of
paracetamol, one polythene containing 1.6 kg. of a substance called
"power ... phenobarbital, one polythene
containing 2 kg. of mixture of diazepam, paracetamol & caffeine, three
polythenes containing 9 kg. of diazepam were also recovered. On inquiry
before the SI and
stated that it contained mixture of Barbitol, paracetamol, Diazepam and
Brucine.
SI Sunil Jain weighed the contents of polythene and found
also deposed that the sample was
found to be containing Diacetylmorphine and Paracetamol.
3.12. PW4 HC Sushil Kumar was the duty officer
found to contain
'Diacetylmorphine', '6-monoacetulmorphine', Papaverine, Paracetamol, Caffeine
and ' Alprazolam'. The percentage of 'Diacetylmorphine was found
that the
contents of the sample when analyzed were found to contain paracetamol,
Caffeine, Acetylcodein, Monoacetylmorphine & discetylmorphine.
However, diacetylmorphine was found
contents of the
sample contained Diacetylmorphine, 6Monoacetylmorphine, Phenobarbital,
Caffeine and Paracetamol. This report establishes that the accused was found
in possession of heroin.
