said report, the
sample Mark A was found to contain paracetamol, caffeine,
monoacetylmorphine, acetylcodeine, diacetylmrophine, phenobarbital and
FIR No. 53/09 PS Crime Branch Page ... report EXPW14/B, it was found to contain
paracetamol, caffeine and diacetylmorphine, the percentage of
diacetylmorphine to be 16.01%.
15.The entire aforementioned incriminating
report having not mentioned to the
percentage of dextropropoxyhene, dycyclomine and
paracetamol, cannot be accepted as a valid document with
evidentiary value ... stated- " in my report the
percentage of dextropropoxyphene, dycyclomine and paracetamol are
absent. I have not mentioned the description of the strips
presence of diacetyl morphine (brown sugar) along with
Alfrazolam, caffeine and Paracetamol. In his cross
examination denied that he has not personally conducted the
tests ... presence of diacetyl morphine (brown sugar)
along with Alfrazolam, caffeine and Paracetamol but the said
sample articles are seized from the possession of the accused
test for
the presence of Diacetylmorphine, 6-Monoacetylmorphine, Caffeine,
Alprazolam, Phenobarbitone and Paracetamol. (ii) Exhibit 'S-1' was
found to contain Diacetylmorphine ... Caffeine 19.8%, Alprazolam
18.7%, Phenobarbitone 0.6% and Paracetamol 52.5%. After the

18. The weight of the paracetamol was found to be

2. Since the appellant
Chemical analysis of the capsules indicate that they
contain Dextropropoxyphene, Acetaminophen (Paracetamol), and Dicylomine.
These are substances used as medicine for a long time.
Dicyclomine
