TABLETS (ITEM CODE 01.03.2019) VIDE ANNX-B AS ILLEGAL.

qua purchase of Paracetamol 500 mg Tablets as illegal and seeks a
consequent direction by issuance
allopathic drugs and
I.V. fluids including Injection Ampicilline 500/250mg, Tablet
Paracetamol 500mg and other drugs were supplied, vide rate
contract of the year ... some unavoidable circumstances,
could not supply one crore fifty lac tablets of Paracetamol
500mg to the respondent-department; that the respondent-
department released the bills
Chemical Examiner, Kharar was obtained, as
per which the sample contained Paracetamol. The copy of the said report
dated 18.07.2012 is attached as Annexure ... contending that the report of the
Chemical Examiner had only shown 'Paracetamol' and the second sample
could not have been sent
more similar cases, in which the FIRs were
registered, salt Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) was found in the alleged
recoveries.
5.1 He has argued that it could ... wherein it was stated
that the samples received contained salt Acetaminophen (Paracetamol).
Relevant extract of report reads as under:-
"The capsules contained
highly distinctive Trade Dress for its product
'SUMO Nimesulide and Paracetamol' Tablets and has been extensively
using the same till date ... ZUMO'
being used for the product 'ZUMO Nimesulide and Paracetamol' tablets.
The Defendants have employed a nearly identical trade dress and have
also that the material which was recovered from the pe oner was
paracetamol and not the drugs. He submits that he would have no objec ... found present in the tablets contained in Envelope No.1 and
Acetaminophen (Paracetamol Analgesic) and Diclofenac
Sodium (Analgesic) have been found present in the content
Report of Analysis is as under:-
"Heroin (Diacetylmorphine), O6Monoacetylmorphine,
Acetylcodeine, Paracetamol & Caffeine were detected in sample 1.
Heroin (Diacetylmorphine), O6Monoacetylmorphine,
Acetylcodeine, Paracetamol ... Caffeine were detected in the
sample 2.
Heroin (Diacetylmorphine), 06Monoacetylmorphine,
Acetylcodeine, Paracetamol & Caffeine were detected in the
