Phenolphthalein and Chloroquine have not been
detected in the sample. Kaifeen and Paracetamol have been
detected in the sample.
Learned counsel has argued before this ... Court that on
account of presence of Kaifeen and Paracetamol, no case is
made out under Section

advised injection Omnatax
2gBD, Oflaxcacin IV, Injection Rantac, Injection Zofar
and Paracetamol and also advised a Widal Test to
determine Typhoid. After seeing the reports
Exhibits P-2/5, P-2/6, P-2/7, i.e.
Paracetamol Tablets, Diclozoom Tablets and Diclocure Tablets, were found
to be of standard
hand, due to which, the
complainant had consumed eight tablets of paracetamol
at a time.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that
applicant
consult the doctor but she had given her a paracetamol tablet. She stated that
when her daughter did not reach home, she inquired from
concerned found positive for the presence of cocaine
and paracetamol and Articles 3 and 4 shows the negative report for
presence of cocaine; thereby
