Chemical Examiner, Kharar was obtained, as
per which the sample contained Paracetamol. The copy of the said report
dated 18.07.2012 is attached as Annexure ... contending that the report of the
Chemical Examiner had only shown 'Paracetamol' and the second sample
could not have been sent
following intoxicating tablets
were recovered:-
(a) 31 tablet strips Tramadol Hydrochloride and
Paracetamol ULTRAFAIR (each strip containing ten tablets,l
310 tablets Batch ... June, 2021, Exp. May,
2023;
(b) 10 tablet strips Tramadol Hydrochloride and
Paracetamol ULTRAFAIR (each strip containing ten tablets,
100 tablets) Batch
information received, Mursaleen was apprehended and 1200 capsules
containing Paracetamol, Dicyclomine, Hydrochloride, Tramadol
Hydrochloride and Accetaminophen came to be recovered from him.
3. The arrested
said
information received, Mursaleen was apprehended and 1200 capsules
containing Paracetamol, Dicyclomine, Hydrochloride, Tramadol
Hydrochloride and Accetaminophen came to be recovered from
Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride Salt, 180 tablets having Aplrazolam Salt and
48 tablets having Paracetamol, Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and Tramadol
Hydrochloride Salt.

said information received, Mursaleen was apprehended and 1200
capsules containing Paracetamol, Dicyclomine, Hydrochloride, Tramadol
Hydrochloride and Accetaminophen came to be recovered from
said information received, Mursaleen was
