towards Toranpada village, went to the adjoining settlement of
Paradhis (a nomadic community) along with some other villagers,
suspecting ... person was an outsider, and went to search among the
nomadic Paradhi community as their settlement was located only
3 km outside the village, since
complainant Rajendra Ramdas Paradhi had lodged the
First Information Report on 2 January 2020 alleging that the Applicants
and others had formed an unlawful assembly ... deadly
weapons with common object of assaulting and causing death of Shivaji
Paradhi. It is stated that Shivaji Paradhi expired as a result
gone to bring a
gas cylinder.
8. PW-12 Dr. C.K. Paradhi performed autopsy of the
deceased. He deposed that I noticed two injuries
distance between the two is 30 feet.
He stated that one Paradhi boy was brought out of the Police-station
and the accused persons were ... that window and he found that as a result of beating
the paradhi boy i.e. the deceased Dilip became unconscious. He
further stated that
Sanjay Chandrakant Chaudhari (PW-5), the
Autopsy Surgeon, and Mr.Suresh Mohan Paradhi (PW-7), the
Investigating Offcer, who furnished the details of investigation.
Post
accused and the deceased are blood relatives and all belong to
the Paradhi tribe which is a Scheduled tribe. Mokinda and Indrabai
had six sons ... these brothers live in a cluster in the
same locality called as Paradhi Pedi / Basti and the distance
between their hutments is approx 500 feet
