5. In view of the aforesaid submission,
learned counsel ... serviceman-husband of
petitioner No.1, who is suffering from paralysis in
any of the shelter rooms belonging to the
Government.
9. Needless to state
respondent that since last three years he is suffering
from paralysis, the medical bills are not relevant to be
summoned. The aforesaid finding
petitioner submits
that defendant No.1 has been suffering from paralysis
attack and by virtue of which he was unable to appear
before the Court
petitioner has got two minor children and his
father is suffering from paralysis and without his fault, he
has been suffering since one year behind
