10. For the aforesaid reasons

medical ground of sufferance of stroke of paralysis and resultant

10. For the aforesaid reasons
prescribes the certificate of disabilities
in cases of amputation or complete permanent
paralysis of limbs or dwarfism and in case of
blindness. Form-VI prescribes
minor
daughter aged 15 years and 5 months, who was suffering from
paralysis in both her hands and when she was alone, against
her wishes
orthopedic operations, had lost his six teeth
and also suffered from temporary paralysis and therefore, in
opinion of this Court, the appellant would be entitled
failure of both the kidneys, last
stage of cancer, incurable paralysis or AIDS. However, it is
only after the panel of the doctors opine, that
parents as mother
is handicapped and father is suffering from
paralysis and, hence, the presence of the
applicant is required. In support of it, necessary

bed ridden condition due the paralysis and
applicant has to bear the medical expenses of his
parents and therefore, he could
ground of medical treatment of his wife, who is
having paralysis and, hence, the presence of the
applicant is required to make financial
arrangement
