petitioner is about 90 years old man and suffering from paralysis. He has been in custody since 29th October, 2010. The co-accused Lili Devi

that the petitioner suffered from CVA (TIA) and paralysis on
account of high blood pressure.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner

submitted that the applicant is 80 years old and
is suffering from paralysis and without assistance he is unable to move or

perform his daily routine work without

she was taken to the hospital. Subsequently, the complaint
from the licenced weapon hit the complainant in
the back resulting in paralysis. He has also placed
reliance upon judgment reported as Manoj Sharma

deceased Rajeev Rai has died on
account of paralysis recently. The
petitioner being the brother-in-law
of the husband of deceased
fact that the petitioner has been inflicted with an attack of
paralysis and is now hospitalised.
In the circumstances I deem it appropriate to grant
petitioner
for bringing this fact that the petitioner is suffering from paralysis and
he has been referred to Sadar hospital, Lakhisarai for treatment.
