Permanent disfiguration of the head of
face :
(i) Left sided facial palsy (paralysis)
(ii) Left sided heuniparentis (paralysis)
(iii) Severe traumatic brain injury ... continuously. The witness has further
stated that the petitioner has suffered from
paralysis of left side and disfiguration of his
face, particularly of the left

at PW 5's residence, she had suffered paralysis attack. Her face was
disfigured. She was, however, cured completely. He denied

attack and therefore, they could not visit the plots. Her husband passed away
filed this application on medical ground.
The applicant is suffering from paralysis because of brain stroke. He is a
diabetic and heart patient as well
alleged in the FIR that the
informant's husband has suffered paralysis attack. The informant has
no good relations with him. The informant
brain pathology resulting in Left Side
Hemiparesis i.e. early stage of Paralysis. He was
given treatment by experts at SGH, Pune and
discharged
