February 2023, the Paranoid Schizophrenia of the appellant is in remission
and thus, she is fit to defend herself ... submitted that
although the appellant was diagnosed with "paranoid schizophrenia" during
the course of trial, however, the same does not prove that
report dated March 30, 2006 Ganesh was a
known case of Paranoid Schizophrenia with persistent delusions. He was
admitted in the medical room on March

schizophrenia.
2. However, the application listed before this Court is again under Order

even at present the appellant is suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia and
Bipolar Affective Disorder though she is maintaining well on her treatment
with hypertension
Dinesh Kansal, who according
to the applicant, is suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia and is under the
treatment and care of the local Mental Health Services
Since as per the report, the Paranoid Schizophrenia of the appellant is
in remission at this stage, she is fit to defend her appeal. Hence
10th November, 2009 and was diagnosed
to be suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia. During the course of trial a
