present juncture since the petitioner is diagnosed with severe mental
illness (Paranoid Schizophrenia, with differential diagnosis of
Schizoaffective Disorder) and is under treatment since
temporarily
on bail. The petitioner is an admitted case of acute paranoid schizophrenia
and therefore has altered behaviour. He was diagnosed as early

treatment from Safdarjung Hospital, IHBAS (Institute of Human ... limping while walking. Inmate/patient is a previously diagnosed
case of Paranoid Schizophrenia from Safdarjung Hospital. He
is undergoing regular follow up and treatment from
defendant No. 3, as defendant No. 3 is suffering from paranoid
schizophrenia.
2. However, the application listed before this Court is again under Order
appearing for the applicant/ petitioner submits
that the applicant suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia. However, the
respondents in its counter affidavit have categorically denied the
aforesaid
ground that the petitioner is an admitted case of acute
paranoid schizophrenia. He has been suffering from the condition for last ten
years and needs

Bipolar Affective Disorder though she is maintaining well on her treatment

2. It is submitted that the application is pending before the learned Joint
