deceased and that the respondent no.3 has also retained
'parat sarkar' of the mutation at his home instead of his
office, which ... further argument is that the allegation regarding retaining the
'parat-e-sarkar' at his home by respondent No. 3, as a
Government Official
that
every entry made by the Patwari in the Parat Patwar and the
Parat Sarkar is correct. He must also note briefly in the Part ... Sarkar that he has done so with date below his report with his
signatures on both the parats. But the same has also not been
that the said mutation, though was present in the
''Parat Sarkar' (the register of mutation with the Collector), was not entered into ... with an entry made in the 'Parat Patwar' (the mutations register with the
Patwari), being there.
An appeal against the sanction
along with original record of the
jamabandi i.e. parat patwar as well as parat sarkar and photocopy of
same jamabandi as has been incorporated
mutation sheet."
As one original copy is available with Parat Sarkar,
accusation against the petitioner is not sustainable. At the most

recorded at the time of incorporation of the name

misplacement of Parat Sarkar of Mutation No. 154 and to crosscheck the
record of subject land in the office
