During the course of enquiry Crime Branch
Kashmir seized Parat-i-Sarkar of mutation No. 4585 from Tehsil
Office Budgam. In the initial stage ... expert and the same
alongwith the questioned finger impressions on the parat-i-sarkar
under mutation No. 4585 were sent to FSL Srinagar for expert
deceased and that the respondent no.3 has also retained
'parat sarkar' of the mutation at his home instead of his
office, which ... further argument is that the allegation regarding retaining the
'parat-e-sarkar' at his home by respondent No. 3, as a

that after getting report from field functionaries, it transpires that Parat
Sarkar of mutation No. 860 of Estate Hardu Sichan is not available
order on the said Parats are usually not written in detail and only give
reference to contents of Parat-i-Sarkar. As such there ... parties are directed to furnish the certified copies of
Parat Sarkars of all mutation order involved in the case as asked earlier.
