order in parat patwar and parat sarkar should be in the same hand i.e.
by Sohan ... parat sarkar was not on the file. Parat
patwar was in the custody of the appellant. Parat sarkar was in the
office and for production
column No. 5 against the suit land, as per the
Jamabandi Parat Sarkar for the year 1969-70. Further in
column No. 9, the entry ... competent. Similarly, in
column No. 5 of Jamabandi Parat Sarkar for the year 1974-75,

entry regarding "Chargah"
was still in existence in "Parat Sarkar, even in the jamabandi for
the year ... said persons have been
entered in the "Parat Patwari" as well as "Parat Sarkar" by the
concerned Patwari just to give
reviewed his orders and put a note on the "Parat Sarkar" on January 06,
2003 that the notification of the Government of India ... intentions to record the remarks for reviewing the
mutation of 'Parat Sarkar', when in the first place, the petitioner was a
caretaker
which reflected the pedigree table. There was
no signatures whereas Parat Patwar and Parat Sarkar mutation
No.34 and 35, signatures of Jeet Singh, Lambardar
namely Iqbal Singh became the owner of the land.

As per Enquiry Officer
jamabandi sfor the year 1944-45
and 1953-54 (Parat Sarkar) had been tampered with. The entries in
the column of cultivation from `Maqbooja Malkan ... Malooka Hisedar'. The complainant got the copies of the
jamabandies Parat Patwar for the year 1944-45 and 1953-54 and the
entries were
Singh son of Mehtab Singh was mentioned as per the
register Parat Sarkar. However, in the register Parat Patwar, the
aforesaid land was shown ... produced the attested copies of
both the jamabandis entered in Parat Sarkar and Parat Patwar
(Annexures P-7 and P-8). Both were prepared
tampered with
and that even there was difference between Parat Patwar and Parat Sarkar of
this Khasra number. It has been specifically mentioned
submitted that the
same share has been mentioned in the Parat Sarkar which is not in
possession of the petitioner but is in possession ... office on 23.6.2007.

in which also share of Gurpreet Singh has been mentioned
