suppressed his original caste Scheduled Caste (Parayan) and projected
himself as though he belongs to Senguntha Mudaliar and obtained ... found that
the petitioner suppressed his original caste as Scheduled Caste (Parayan)
and with false declaration, obtained a certificate as Sengunthar Mudaliar
(OBC), thereby
Hindu Thuluva Velalar community.
2.2.The defacto complainant belongs to Hindu Parayan community.
2.3.On 27.01.2013 at about 13.00 hours at Palangudi Village ... herein shouted that post of the

whereas according to the 2nd respondent, he belongs to Hindu
Parayan Community. The petitioner alleged that since the 2 nd

issue community certificate to the petitioner showing his community as Hindu Parayan which is a Scheduled Caste.

2. The petitioner, being a minor
petitioner was given in marriage to one Jeyasingh, who
belonged to Hindu Parayan community and hence she produced many documents in the
enquiry to support ... committee passed the order dated 8.12.2007 stating that she
belongs to Christian Parayan community. Challenging the same, the present writ
petition has been filed
