parity in some of the grades of the
petitioner Corporation with the grades in the Cotton Corporation of India, on
ground of Equal Pay ... carrying on different trading activities and the petitioners cannot claim
parity in pay scales with the employees in the Cotton Corporation of India and
that
given grant/subsidy to the canteen workers
inclusive of 25% of the pay ... response to the demand of the Union for parity in pay scale
and for absorption into the establishment, the Board of Trustees in the
meeting
employees. In consequence, are they also no entitled to the parity of the pay scales as per the executive instructions of the Government ... respect, it has been held thus:-
"The question of parity in pay scales between the teachers of a recognised aided school and the teachers
certain employees of a non-aided private educational institution, seeking parity in pay scales with the employees of the Government Institution, the Supreme Court
identical fourth pay commission scales of pay and for whom also the fifth pay commission has given equally identical revised scale of pay, requested ... fourth pay commission pay scale of Rs.475-775/- moving to Rs.775-1030/-, the fifth pay commission scale, similarly Rs.610-1075/- moving

the view, that reliance on paragraph 53, for determining
the question of pay parity (claimed by the concerned
employees

with difference in degree of responsibility, reli-
ability and confidentiality, would fall within
the realm of valid classification, and therefore,
