Pariwara, Talwara, Mallcru, Kuruba
communities in G.Os read ... community.
The appointments already made in
respect of the persons belonging to
Pariwara, Talwar, Maalcru, Kuruba, Besta
and Koli communities who have obtained
employment under
reservation in
admission to educational institutions and
educational concessions extended to
Pariwara, Talwara, Mallcru, Kuruba
communities in G.Os read at (1) and (2)
above ... community.
The appointments already made in
respect of the persons belonging to
Pariwara, Talwar, Maalcru, Kuruba, Besta
and Koli communities who have obtained
employment under
TRIBES OR NON-
SCHEDULED TRIBES SUCH AS NAYAK, NAIK, BEDA, BEDAR,
VALMIKI, PARIWARA AND TALAWARA AS SYNONYMS OF
NAYAKA OR NAIKDA AT ITEM
does not warrant interference.
8. In reply, Shri Bhagat submitted that Pariwara
community is also considered as Scheduled Tribe in other
districts. Mahesha belonged ... caste
certificate. It is not in dispute that Mahesha belonged to Pariwara
caste which falls under the category of Scheduled Tribe in other
Bengaluru
dated 11.03.2002. Wherein it was stated that
educational concession extended to Pariwara, Talwara,
