about whereabouts of A-3. Those boys pointed out to the key kept on the table
stating that
aforesaid restaurant and bar of petitioner. He was sitting in the
parking at that time respondent No.1 alongwith other respondents and
20-25 persons ... restaurant and started destroying the
articles inside the restaurant. Afterwards by keeping tables, chairs,
AC, Cooler, fridge, crockery material and cylinder in a tractor trolley
parking area as employees of Bar
Association hold her hand. When the employees of Delhi Bar Association
restrained her in the car parking area someone ... stated that at the spot she found new table and chair in the
place of her seat and there was a new name board

always complained at the police booth which used to
be near the parking area. She stated that she had filed 3 writ petitions before ... outraged her
modesty because she had stumbled on to a table on which their stuff was
kept. She said that immediately prior to the incident
