required under para 26.1 of Parole/Furlough guidelines 2010

parole. He contends that once the furlough has been granted to him, the
petitioner would be covered by the guidelines of HPC and thus

of three weeks based on the guidelines issued by the High Powered
Committee.

eight weeks and their paroles/furloughs were suspended from the date
