I attest to the accuracy ... convicted. The Bench noticed the distinction
between the parole and furlough. It was found that parole is granted for "good
behavior
elaborate judgment, while
dealing with the constitutional validity of the Parole/Furlough Guidelines,

The position in the case of 'parole' would thus be slightly
