5. The petitioner has therefore, challenged the order

3. The petitioner is convicted for offences punishable under
Sections 120(b) , 109 , and 302 of the Indian
Maharashtra Prisons (Mumbai Furlough
and Parole)(Amendment) Rules, 2018. The impugned order discloses
that punishment of 6 months had been imposed on the petitioner ... right is regulated under the Prisons (Bombay
Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959. We, therefore, find no reason to
interfere with the impugned order.
