Prisoners Leave Rules, 1989.
In the year 2014, the petitioners were granted parole
three times and in the year 2015 they were granted ... parole is always included in the sentence. The grant of

parole is governed under Section 31 -A of the M.P.

grievance of the petitioner is that the application for parole as
specified under Rule 5 of Madhya Pradesh Prisoners Leaves Rules, 1989 has
not been
having any criminal antecedents and he has never misused the parole
and after including remission period, he has completed 20 years of
imprisonment hence, entitled ... that the petitioner
was granted the benefit of parole and he remained absconding during that
parole period therefore, a Criminal Case No. 35357/2008
released on
parole by the State of Madhya Pradesh. The applicant violated the
conditions of parole and during the period of parole he committed
another ... avail to him as his
conduct during the period of parole by misusing the conditions
subject to which the same was granted is the subject
seeking direction to
the Respondents to consider their case for grant of parole.
The Respondents have filed the return by submitting that the Jail
Authority ... competent authority to take final decision.
Since the process of grant of parole has been initiated in case of
the petitioners, therefore, the petition
